Nik qualified from Bristol University in 1995. Following a year as a Senior House Officer in Restorative Dentistry and several years in general practice London, he found his passions were in the Cosmetic and Advanced Restorative field which led him to undertake further training on various postgraduate courses in the UK and abroad. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Association of Dental Implantology and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Nik is also a very active member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and serves on the Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Congress Committee. His main focus is aesthetic and multi-disciplinary cases for oral rehabilitation of worn and failing dentitions and he takes referrals for all aspects of dental Implantology including placement, site development, bone grafting and sinus augmentation procedures. He is happy to mentor referring practitioners who don’t yet restore implants giving them the ability and confidence to restore the cases they have referred and often is able to accommodate requests for them to assist or observe during surgery providing verifiable CPD credits on these occasions.
Martin has completed a year’s advanced cosmetic and restorative course with Paul Tipton, is one of a few UK dentists to be awarded the Diploma in Implantology from the University of Santa Clara. Martin is also currently completing the much coveted Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons. A firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning, Martin regularly attends postgraduate courses to update his knowledge with the latest advances in dentistry .Martin is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, International Team for Implantology; British Academy of cosmetic Dentistry &the British Dental Association. A typical simple single unit case would be from £2250.00 fully restored. Multiple unit cases may be charged at a lower rate for each subsequent iimplant/crown depending on the case. |
