This lady was unhappy about the many dark marks around the edges of her teeth. She had some old crowns, an old bridge and the dark lines showed whenever she smiled. We carried out complex rehabilitation involving root canal therapy with the endodontist, gum grafting with the periodontist and replaced the dark crowns with metal-free zirconia restorations. This has made a huge difference to her confidence as she can smile without any dark marks visible!
